Just say you're allergic.
I had a lady that claimed to be allergic to all aerosol sprays so if someone was cleaning their cubicle, spraying febreeze or even odor eliminators...we had to notify her so she could leave the place for 15 minutes. I didnt fully believe her because she was supposedly allergic to sprays n(asthmatic) yet was perfectly fine chain smoking.
Anyway, you should be fine if you let your manager know.

I work at some place. Every day at around lunch time these clowns gather in the kitchen and start making desi food. The smell of which spreads over kilometers ... and makes life miserable for many
BUT much more for me since I seem to have an allergic reaction to the spices they use and so during those two three hours i cant stop sneezing.
Even some indians have complained about this as well to the manager guy ...
Should I go to the kitchen and put a big note there saying "bollywood screening at lunch time in the kitchen 7 floors up ?"
Not much you can do without being accused of racism/harassment. You might want to take a walk outside in the fresh air during lunch time :)

Not really. I don't know if its just haldi or there is something else at play when I visit my Indian next door neighbor there is a smell at their place that I cant quite figure out.

I'm allergic to aerosol too. So, annoying when someone sprays air freshner it messes me up. I also hate cheap smells of EAT or body sprays.

I have complained to the manager guy, apparently i have good standing with him and he said he will do something about it ( the last word was an accident but i decided not to fix it )
