The GOP is targetting in a big way, housing loans, I am curious how easy or hard is it to get one now, especially from one of the main banks like MCB, NBP, UBL and HBL. How long does it take, how much red tape, or how flexible is disbursement.

yah Zakk theres huge promotion gpoing on these days and almost all banks offer packages. they just need some security in the form of mortgaged property, bank cash, or secure job, business etc. the markup etc varies from case to case and size. it's pretty easy to get loans nowadays. the HBFC also offers renovation etc loans.
