Hot Chocolate

Re: Hot Chocolate

Here's the secret to a fantastic hot chocolate:

Boil a cup of milk. Add 4 tablespoons of Godiva milk chocolate flavored hot chocolate mix. Stir and serve hot.

Then come back and report here!

Re: Hot Chocolate

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE hot chocolate...anything chocolate for that matter though.

I use Ghirardelli's hot cocoa mix.....yummy!

Re: Hot Chocolate

ok, people please. the best hot chocolate is milk plus a mix of bakers cocoa plus semi sweet baking chocolate, with a touch of vanilla, a tiny sprinkle of cinnamon, and of course, sugar. sweet but not too sweet.
combine all in a saucepan and heat through, stirring often until the chocolate has all melted and the mixture is creamy and smoooooth.
mmmm.....

p.s: if you're a grown up, you can also add in a bit of fine ground coffee for an extra kick.

Re: Hot Chocolate

^ What SGC said, but the best tasting hot chocolate ever has to be made with 70% Valrhona dark chocolate… :hayaa:
