^ dude, she was having ONE bad morning... she probably woke up on the wrong side of the bed or they ran out of milk so she couldn't have her cereal (that ticks me off so much) or one of a million little reasons so things didn't align right and she ended up having a crap day. so what? everyone's entitled to it, once in a while. from her other posts, im pretty sure she has balls :p

I was more referring to the crying part.
Work politics are very hard to deal with and if for some reason you become an outcast then its just downhill from there.
So its best to learn how to deal with difficult people and situations and use them for your own good rather than becoming a victim
Crying wont help. Management doesnt like people who complain about problems. They like people who comeup with solutions to problems.
Im talking from first hand experience, the place I work with Ive been with them for 5 years now, started from the very bottom and now have a management role.
I wish I knew some of the stuff the management uses to value their employees back when I was at the bottom but still I made it.
