People(especially women) when swear they look bad and when women in scarf swear they look even bad…because scarf(khimar or head-covering) in Ibrahamic religions(Islam, Christianity and Judaism) is a sign of piety. I do not want to ruin the image of scarf wearing pious women, like Mary(AS).

Yes, it can be the case in most cases, rather I concentrate on doing good deeds when I’m in public.

News of Hooters opening in Dubai has caused popular outcry among residents.
Plans to open a branch of Hooters in Dubai have been thrown into doubt after a government official said that the US restaurant chain may violate local laws.
Hooters, renowned for its scantily clad waitresses, was preparing to open its first of three outlets in the emirate before the end of the year, but news of its arrival has caused popular outcry among residents, with newspapers and websites inundated with letters opposing the move.
Now an official from the Department of Economic Development (DED) has said Hooters has yet to be registered with the department, and is unlikely to be allowed due to the waitresses’ famous uniforms, which consist of tight, revealing singlets and hotpants.
DED deputy director-general for executive affairs Ali Ebrahim said local laws forbid restaurants in violation of “religion, traditions and culture”, local media reported on Wednesday.
Ebrahim said the DED would closely monitor the situation.
