make 'fun of it' WTF is that? Your examples are stupid so go and do one. Where not balancing equations here so whats the point in findinf examples where a PROFITS are the same as a BUDGET. At least I was comapring a BUDGET with a BUDGET fool.

**Development budget up to Rs 415 billion - up 52% **

ISLAMABAD: The government has raised the development budget for 2006-07 to Rs 415 billion, an increase of 52 percent over the Rs 272 billion allocated to the Public Sector Development Programme in 2005-06. Apart from actual financing, an allocation of Rs 20 billion has been made for operational shortfall during the next fiscal year, which takes the gross PSDP size to Rs 435 billion. The provinces will get Rs 115 billion for their development programmes, while Rs 50 billion has been allocated for earthquake reconstruction. Total development spending outside the actual budgeted PSDP will touch Rs 470 billion in the next fiscal year, according to the Annual Development Plan 2006-07. WAPDA is likely to spend another Rs 29.3 billion on projects outside the PSDP, and the NHA Rs 6 billion. The PSDP for 2006-07 also includes a special allocation of Rs 10 billion for new dams, including Kalabagh, mainly to be spent on land acquisition. Total spending on hydropower projects has been estimated at Rs 180.18 billion for 2006-07.
The Water and Power Ministry and WAPDA will get Rs 99.963 billion to implement ongoing and new projects. The total financing for federal programmes is Rs 270 billion, up 32 percent from Rs 204 billion in 2005-06. The ‘special areas programme’ will get Rs 16 billion, and ‘special programmes’ will get Rs 34.4 billion. The infrastructure sector has been allocated Rs 132.3 billion or 49 percent of the PSDP. The water and power sector will get Rs 47.7 billion; WAPDA will get Rs 52.21 billion exclusively for power projects including village electrification; communications, including the NHA, will get Rs 31.5 billion; and the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission will get Rs 9.8 billion. The allocation for ports and shipping is Rs 1.2 billion, railways Rs 1.08 billion, food and agriculture Rs 11.8 billion, health Rs 11.01 billion, and population welfare Rs 4.3 billion. Some Rs 3.22 billion was allocated for 22 new water sector projects and Rs 13.3 billion for 13 new power sector projects.
