Honey Water vs. Lemon Water

Re: Honey Water vs. Lemon Water

mix it with a little rose water. make a light, very light paste (which should look a little thicker than water). warm it for few seconds then apply.

I'm sooo glad I looked at this thread !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having a baby I need to loose some weight....thanks TNWB.

Pyaari83: Also if you mix honey, milk, and oatmeal and apply it on your face and neck it is extremely good for you leaves your skin so soft and yummy!!!! leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then massage your face and neck in circular motion for about a minute or so and rinse face... you will see the difference :)

She drank tea, ran a lot, controlled her diet to some extent, and that’s about it!

Re: Honey Water vs. Lemon Water

Jeez do you guys wanna ruin your health or something? Lemon water is not good for you. Green tea more than once a day is probably not good for you either.

Cut out sugar, exercise moderately, and eat well. My cousin has been drinking green tea, working out too much, and not eating much at all for years. She looks 30 instead of 23, her skin is sunken and old looking, her hair and skin have no luster at all. Don't become so image conscious that your life starts being defined by 2 kgs, 6 kgs and how many cups of tea you drank today. Be confident about your body and be healthy. Ira, sadzzz, and dimagh have all posted their pictures and you girls are beautiful and healthy looking. A little extra weight is sexy, as long as your are healthy and proud of the way you look.

Re: Honey Water vs. Lemon Water

I am not image concious at all. I eat as much as I can, and I never work out. I just drink green tea because I was told to do so for some physical problems. Once in a while, I do pilates to keep my abs tight. That’s about it!.. I am a very careless person when it comes to deit and stuff.

Re: Honey Water vs. Lemon Water

Okay that's the other extreme then :) It's good to be moderate in eating and to be active. There's nothing more important than health.
