^ yeah i noticed that if i have like 2 cups a day, i feel the affect more… ive been drinkig two cups of herbal infusions and one glass of lemon water (yeap.. with one whole lemon squeezed into it, regardless of its szie).. and i feel its maknig some difference..
it may be a mental thing though
