biotin, vit C and MSM (only certain brands of MSM work...google for more info i have to buy some of this myself) but yeah ive tried the biotin and vit.C and it really does speed up hair growth!

i take biotin tablets...and it helps a little, but you have to be consistent with it, like a pill everyday and don't forget!

Wow this forum is 2 years old - but anyone try anything new for making her thick? My hair is already long it goes all the way down my back. I Just need to make it thick.
