i think it’d look better without anything on top of it. Also I didn’t like those lamps,

they’re retro and don’t go with the rest of furniture.

i also wanted to buy a new rug as a centerpiece for drawing room from Chenone it was so beautiful and hand made. i loved its texture but my hubby didnt let waste money to buy those rug...he said dont buy anything else house is already very full.
