Open a computer training centre for women. You buy used imported computers for 5000-6000. Buy a few of those and put them in a room. You can decide on your curriculum and target students based on your knowledge. The microsoft certificate is very popular here if u can teach it.

Doesn’t sound like a bad plan however as I suggested in some other thread, its not a good idea to start a business (no matter how small the investment is or seems to be) without a proper plan.
