Since youre marketing dresses online, Id suggest putting the dresses on a model, or if not that, then at least on full body mannequin. And get a good camera, and make sure the images you post online are focused, and clear, and that the colors are displayed as they are in real.
Good presentation sells, and while theres no reason to disparage designers like yourself who work out of their homes, its important to make the best of your resources, and make your presentation as good as possible.

i dont knw why people are just holding on to one negative thing and then just going on and on about it .it was my sisters wedding in summer ,and i had no idea what to buy.i'm a size 18-20 and its very difficult to find beutifull clothes in big sizes .i went online and discoverd tha bargello had beutiful clothes ,and i knew if i orderd em i would have problems with the fitting .so i decided to send 5 desighns to pakistan and have the tailors there try to copy them .my father in law gave the desighns to a tailor and the tailor said he would be able todo them for about 6-8000 a n outfit .i got the clothes after 4 weeks and i was gobsmacked at how beutifull they wer (not only me but the rest of my family who had spent thousands on they clothes wer inlove with my outfits .)it was all hand embroidery and the dupaatey had heavy border embroidery done aswel .dey wer nuthin like wat you would see at the shops here.and as 4 da desighners charging high prices for they outfits , i dnt blame them its our own fault ,if intead of going direct we use a middle man wer gna have to expect to pay mre . i spent just under 500pnds on 5 suits wen my family who was buying 4rm the u.k was spending mre than that on one outfit.
