2-make dough
3- make small ball (smaller than the normal tawa roti) size of an appricot
4-place it on the hot plate towards the hinges of the top part.
5-press it down for 5-6 seconds
6-repeat 5 hold it down pressure 5-6 seconds
7- release lid and flip roti untill puffs ups from both sides,
now are you impressed or wat,
