You are partially right but only partially. Your army is fighting the taleban (though belatedly) but at the same time terrorist leaders being released; what’s worse some of your leaders are sending confusing messages to Pakistani public - when they charge Mossad, Raw and CIA for atrocities caused by TTP et al, some of your public become willing supporters of the latter.
That is why it is important to keep international pressure on Pak govt officials
