Lots of people do defend and reject it in the same manner that any muslim would do.
No one refutes this here because there are only a handful of hindus here and most of them have not read the books.
This site is just a hate site and most of the stuff in it can be denied and should be. Why don't you try to refute the quote about Rama. It is not true that he raped anyone. What is true is the age at which they were married. Ramayana is the book that was written to allow the lower castes to learn about Manu smriti. Manu smriti recommends a man to marry a woman 1/3 his age.

aisha.. manusmriti is written long after ramayana.. in fact, most likely post-buddha..
From what I have come across from my MUSLIM brothers in INDIA,PAKISTAN,and the MIDDLE EAST, QURAN is not the same everywhere. There are slight variations. And ofcourse there n number of these ANTI sites, But if you say QURAN is still in it’s original form since DAY ONE, I will be a very happy and a Joyous person cause atleast there is one such SCRIPTURE which has not been MINCED.

One religion says if you get Slapped on one cheek show the other Cheek.
Another religion says if you get slapped on the Cheek Slap him back. If not KILL him.
But the best way is to make sure that you don’t get SLAPPED. If you get slapped the fault lies in you not in the one who has slapped cause you have done something drastically wrong to get slapped.
GOD PROTECT’s only if you shower LOVE and Humanity on your fellow HUMAN beings.

How would you know whether the Hindus here have read religious books or not. Just because most Hindus here keep off religious discussions does not mean that they have any less knowledge of religious matters than you or anyone else.
