Comeon guiys - though it'd provide a degree of sop if LTTE is proved to have a religious agenda, to deflect some of the terrorist charges against Islam, it does sound somewhat of a desperate amount.
Instead of tryoing to prove other religions are also violent, you should. be questioning the mad mullahs for their actions.
Not facing root causes and deflecting such as this are tactics that have ruined two gens in Pakistan and don't teach that to a third one
T.A. I agree that Muslims should focus on their internal faults instead of looking for others to equate and somehow present a feel-good notion. However, i don't think the purpose of this thread is/was to stick it out like that. Though i can certainly see why most would think that. :)
Extremists come from all faiths, and have their own agendas. LTTE is a such group/organization, whatever you want to term it.
I really like the title.....Tamil tigers are fighting for the sake of Hindu religion, or on behalf of Hindu religion, or do Hindus enlarge find excuses for their acts???
For countering Islamic extremism....term 'Hindu extremism' gives some breaths to these people. Good!

Back on track, I have a feeling the Sri Lankan govt will resolve the LTTE issue by sheer force soon. Lately they have destroyed a number of rebel bases.
