^ wow. Is that the definition used in this forum. Hindu terrorism would be something like RSS or Bajrang dal doing something catering to only hindu extreme views and advancing their extremist ideas.
That is no argument. Take the example of Hezbollah. Someone may come along and say Hezbollah is no Muslim group, they are only concerned with Lebonon... Al Qaeda are Muslim extremists, these are just lebanese.
LTTE is not as theologically motivated as RSS i'll grant you that.

LTTE is not a hindu organization. Majority may be hindu by birth but most of their ideology is anything but hindu.

did I say anything about their ideology? I am not the person to say whether or not LTTE reflects Hindu ideals.

Even if Sinhalese were hindus they would not mind taking their lives to advance their ethnic ideas. Even Sinhalese dont consider them to be a hindu extremist then how come thousands of kilometer away Pakistan consider them as such (actually dawn never mentioned it). Its only people here who are just peeved with something totally different that they wanted to do a tit for tat labeling scheme for anything remotely attached to Hinduism.

Assumptions and personal attacks.
ravage's on link says how the temples want to distance itself from LTTE "Some temples have taken proactive steps to avoid LTTE control. For example, one public temple in the Toronto area froze its membership and adopted a policy that individuals could only become members after volunteering for a period of three years"
Note the difference in the bolded parts. Clearly whereas SOME temples are beginning to distance themselves from LTTE in the wake of scrutiny, it is a stretch to say that all of them are moving away from fundraising for terrorism.
