Why not pick someone that has gone through the ranks of the Foreign Service like it used to be in the good days of Pakistan? I think she came on reserve seats for women where parties put their members up to fill seats and we might as well have qazi husain’s daughter as the foreign minister.

Agreed! The foreign ministry is an important position and experienced people should be appointed for these kind of slots as is the norm around the world. Maybe some seasoned diplomat could be used as a foreign minister.
