yes this is tranplanted hair.. he said it openly in the show ’ kofee with karan ’ , that the reason for him to keep wearing cap was due to his hair loss , moreover, he said that now the transplant has been done.. the necessity of wearing a cap is ending.

but even with out the cap he looks eww
