A bowl of yogurt, especially non-fat, is fulfilling, fills the stomach. You can take it with a fruit and both of these can last you for 3 hours before your next snack/meal. In the ingredients, take note of "suclarose/aspartame". This is 600 times sweeter than sugar. Usually, Weight Watchers yogurts have this blended in them which I can't understand why, for logical purposes they should not be added in and be labeled as Weight Watchers.

Should honey be warmed up in the microwave for a little while (~10 seconds) before taking it or should it be taken the way it is, without warming it up? What effects does warming up a honey has in comparison to taking it straight?
