tell me about it - its soo easy to put on weight - most ppl do when their stressed whereas i put on if i'm happy - its silly isnt it - i suppose d weather doesnt help, cos when its very cold u want to eat more of d comfort foods, like chocolates and snacks, and then when it's too hot, u end up eating more of the ice cream and cooler snacks wid major calories.... lol...u cant win either way..
