tzatziki is greek yogurt dip with cucumbers, kinda like our Raita but with no chillies. I find it boring and tasteless.
I usually make my aloo gobi dry but trust me with shorba its more delish
I dun think the Qeema needs recipes you just make bhuna howa Qeema the normal way and add thickly sliced mushrooms in the end.
As for the Mixed Vegetable
Fry a medium sized Onion in a wee bit of oil till it gets transparant (not brown)
Add 2 cloves of freshly diced garlic, fry it for a minute
Then add A teaspoon of Kalonji and A teaspoon of Sabut Zeera
Fry for another 2 minutes or till you can smell the zeera
To that add a heaped teaspoon of haldi and wait till you can smell the haldi
Then add 4 potatoes fry for another 2-3 minutes
Add two tblspoons of tomato paste
namak
laal mirch
and cook till the potatoes are tender
then add gobi, peas and carrots
Cook till tender to your liking.

adre but if u have taztziki with cucumbers and dill, thats when it has a nicer taste
