If you can tolerate the treatment and have hepatitis C Genotype 3 infection (which has a better chance of clearing) , I would recommend interferon alfa 2a and ribavirin treatment.
Eat lots of fruits and vegatables during the treatment. Pomengranates (anar) is especially beneficial during interferon treatment.
