In the fruit platter, I’d take out the apples as they get brown fast. Unless you plan on splashing some orange juice on top.

You could make mixed vegetable ka salan. Aloo, peas, and carrots.

Squeeze some lemon juice into the fruit platter and mix - the apples won’t brown.
