ok so you don’t need to rush and see a dermatologist, i have to disagree, her problem is temporary and she just has the expected pimples out of stress, it’s not like she developed acne, it’s normal, and it will go away.

of course if you wan’t to see a dermatologist, it’s for your own good, but you shouldn’t be worrying too much about it or your skin will react from it too.

like i said, your blemishes will go away, just don’t play with them or you’ll make it worse, you need to avoid touching your face, firstly because your hands might be dirty and if you irritate your skin it will get red and you’ll get scars that take months to fade.

focus on hydrating (use oil free and alcohol free products), DO NOT use foaming cleansers or products that are supposed to be made for blemish prone/problem skin, most of them contain a high quantity of alcohol which is bad, just check the ingredients

drink water and eat vegetables (green ones preferably) and fruits

eat almonds and nuts

You are right in your first few lines , but she is in a rush to get rid of it , only dermatologists can help her for a fast relief.
