i couldn't speak a word punjabi either.. but ma parents both speak as well as punjabi as urdu to me and ma brother.. i always answered in urdu..:) but when u hear ur parents all the time.. after a while u r gonna speak it 2.. not perfectly.. but still..the big lines r easy.. then some of ma friends speak perfectly punjabi..so..i tried to speak punjabi as much as i could.. well.. it's goin' 2 the right way..:D
but i still prefer urdu.. thas no problem for me..:)
