First, do you have the right hardware/software setup to test your web script?
Second, do you have a plan how to implement your script (access to Live Web hosting).
If that is so, how comfortable are you with programming and HTML?
There is a sample code and database, that is similar to one you need, see if you can make some sense out of it?
