hi, your best bet is to go for only graduate jobs and go directly to big names and then the medium to small companies. its hard for grads when market is full of High skilled IIT indian "experienced" with balooned CVs who are willing to go for very less pay as well. companies who has graduate recruitment drives do not tend to hire experienced one at all for grad posts. so Target, IBM, Accenture, Microsoft, Google, Logica, Centrica, Ericsson Services, Deollite, Oracle, Computer Associate first
then go for the companies that are big but not in IT as main business sector like, GSK, BSKYB, all telecom companies, etc
then only target any other small ones for job experience.
make your CV clear and concise, list your core skills on the first page.
