Phone Customer Service reps make around $12 - $16, to give you an idea.
I havent seen anyone else do peri peri chicken except nandos. Isnt that a nando’s specialty only? Thats like asking if anyone other than Burger King makes double whoppers. 
Most basements have 1-2 bedrooms tops. Dont know if the 6 of you will last long in a 2 bed basement. Most basements have very tiny windows and are extremely depressing.
