how was the whole experience?
aur agar aisay hi har cheez ko mushkil kehti raheen to phir kaisay sekho gi kuch meri behan..there are always ways to make everything easy..
making kheer is so easy..mine is easier than golden scorpion.
I grind the raw rice and cook them with kheer. I put a litre pack of half and half on stove and then i add 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup grinded rice to it and let it cook on low heat for 4/5 hours..once in a while i do go to kitchen and check the utensil..otherwise, it cooks on its own.. its that simple :)
if you like choti elaichi..to phir you can add that in the mixture as well..or kewra essence..but since i don't like those..i make my kheer simple and plain..
