I have ad blocker and it works fine for me. I get the feeling OP isn’t asking about GS but about their usual email unless I understood incorrectly.

I do too have ad blocker , but I made changes to default settings and blocked some more scripts from GS which created same issue as OP , then I reverted some of the changes and the issue got fixed.
