^ kewl… that machine may be able to handle it like you said, but generally speaking, most netbooks are limited in their hardware resources to offer a smooth end-user experience for graphics manipulation purposes, and also, people who use programs like photoshop typically appreciate larger screen sizes and all.

I am having my bil help me with my laptop search. I hope we can find something good and i will raise my budget a little bit.
