I dono if you are still awake or sleeping at your work…
why dont you take a hot shower with lavender body wash and then drink one glass of warm milk and start counting the sheeps lying on your bed.
even if you dont sleep after that, you’ve done something good rather than sitting on PC and asking this question:smilestar:

i am being polite. actually i suffer from the same thing almost every night :teary2:
i cant sleep before 4am usually. and beside joking, i am right.
sitting on the net not gonna help my friend. it just makes your head and eyes more heavy.
