Sister i have solution of this problem
**here is the solution **
open IE
go to tool menu
there open internet option
a window will open
there are some option at top
select privacy
when u selcet there are three option in that window
import advance and default
select advance option
and check the both check boxes and then press ok
now ur problem will b fixed
