Yes, twenty three and married. My parents picked out a guy for me when I was sixteen, cousin, from pakistan. . . then brought him here and he ran away. Guess he didn't like me. We made a deal. . . if i'm going to get married again, it'd be my choice as long as he was Muslim. And when I was twenty I found the perfect guy. . .his Mom is from China and his Dad is from the Phillipines and he was born in Wisconsin. His Mom is catholic. . . his dad just kind of believes in God and when I met him, he was so lost in religion. And then he was introduced to Islam and it did not take him long to convert :). Al-Hamdulilah.
My parents did not like the fact that he wasn't from Pakistan but after many debates, agreed and so here we are.
Yes, I know it's a very odd story but there ya go.
