Thanks for replying to my opening thread. Just got back to the forum since my last visit. Been kinda busy until now. In response to apples too's coment. well the reason being, "have a nice day" can sound cheesy and cliche.
As for sounding american, ain't got nothing against them. Infact I love American Desi's. They seem so interesting. The best thing to hear is a desi girl from California. Just love their accents

I am definetley new. I see you also joined up recently. I used to be on a well known UK based forum named after a desi sweet until that closed down like 3 months ago. Anyone know which one i'm on about? I've had withdraw symptoms since.

what does interesting accents mean....I thought Brits were the ones with nice accents....yeah you are right.... I say have a nice day quite often :(

yes I agree too. The ones who speak proper english (like me) sound so refined and what I would like to think, intellectual. Unlike the teeny boppers nowadays who talk with slang and "black street talk" twang.

If you can picture Ali G talking. thats what i mean
