ali, i think native/residential paksitanis use it bcs they learn english but they dont learn the up to date and current slangs. they also dont understand which context to use terms in. i know its annying 2 us, i've also heard for example my cousin using it. i htink it s sort of cute though bcs they dont realize that for us is osunds wierd and out of place. but its not their fault guyyz. :)
