I am more worried about you AE than Amina. For someone than exercises regularly and is a bit older (I think) you should weigh more than Amina.
At 5'5 you should weigh a minimum of around 115 lbs.

btw arshad…I have no control over the matter. I eat what I can and as much as I can. I dont restrict my diet in any way. I am healthy Alhamdulillah that’s all that matters…no concerns. It’s just pure genes ![]()

So long as you feel healthy that is fine...maybe you just have a very high metabolism rate. I am sure you'll add a few pounds in the future. :D

I do eat quite alot actually, I HAVE to eat outside almost everyday but still I dont cross 100lbs, I used to think my weight is more than enough for my height but you guys got are saying otherwise ![]()

Ok here goes im 5’8 and i weigh 76kg, from a well fed family! lol ![]()
I do work out though 3,4 times a week i go gym and dance so am fairly physically fit.

no but seriously...100lbs is like nothing!!...doesnt matter what ur height is...im not gonna say any specific names here cuz they know who they are... if i were to give u advice on gaining weight..i wud say eat as much junk foods as u can... juices, parathaas, sodas ...you name..it...eat at sight.... anni paa deo.. and then start working out lightly and just concentrate on making ur curves appear..!!!

and angel eyes!!... you workout like insane!.. 6 days is wayy too much!!..cut it down to like 3/4 days a week...now i know what you're gonna say..u'll be like i workout to feel good from inside..for endurace, strength etc..but you need to realize being this skinny doesnt require a lot of workout for now...your aim should be to gain weight...and i know you'll be pretty mad at me since im like the second or i think the 3rd user here to comment on ur weight and stuff but plzz do not take it the wrong way...im giving you advice as being a guy..you must be really strong from inside..have good endurance and all..but you need to know how other people judge you...and unfortunately as much as i would love people to actually see how good and physically fit you are ...they actually look at how you look like from outside..whether or not u have weight on right places..and curves where required. So sis, im by no means trying to offend you or anything.. but just cut down ur gym schedule to maybe 3/4 days a week...its more than enufff!!..and ask ur mom to cook ur paraathaasss...:P :)

Although not talking about AE, I agree that 3/4 day training for an hour is enough a week. If you still feel it is not enough then just add more intensity to the training. You do need to rest your body as well after the intensive training unless you just go through the motions of training in which case 6/7 day training is ok.
