i said before tht i wouldnt change a thing but now tht i look at it if u really really wanna put ur own personal touch make the sleeves a bit longer like 3/4 or full but htey have to be fitting sleeves this way ur arma nd sleeves wont hide begind the dubbata and ppl can see tht one sleeve has kaam and the othe is plain wut do u think?

The maroon one is nice but a little gimicky. You want to tone it down a bit like remove the soild color fabric from the top and make it with the full emblishment only .
