She doesn’t drink too much water, but she drinks lots, she plays hard and gets thirsty, she stays hydrated which is important. We add a splash of cranberry juice because we almost never let her have sodas or fruit juices from concentrate, so a splash of cranberry juice makes the water a bit tastier once in a while and also keeps UTIs at bay.

wow kids can get UTI’s too? I never knew that.
