May God keep intact all Muslims and give them courage to face all difficulties (amen) …. Another thing we should not forget the main purpose of Ramzan and try to offer 5 pray in a days, recite Holy Quran Daily (try to finish at least one in this Month).
Don’t forget the poor, especially your neighbors who are not capable to do a better Aftari or Sahri. Try To arrange Aftari/Sehri for one poor.
I believe you will get mentally satisfaction.
