Once in Pakistan I saw a ten rupee note laying in the street so I bent down to pick it up and it started to move. 
, I got scared and moved on. Then some kids appeared behind the wall they were all laughing . Turned out that some kids play that trick of attaching a note/bill to thread and the pull it back for some laughs.
