As minor as it sounds, I’m tired of struggling to keep my hair up in a pony tail or even a bun. I cannot tolerate the discomfort. My hair begins to hurt after a few hours of being tied and I reluctantly have to set it loose again. What can I do to make my hair less sensitive to being tied up?

Gosh, and I thought I was the only one. Yup, I try to shift the angle and also always wear it loosely. Envy those perfectly formed high ponytails .
