Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

It's just a moisturiser, if it works well as one, there is no harm in using it regardless of your age. I like to use it at night. The reason I don't use it in the morning is because it doesn't have spf and I prefer to use a moisturiser with spf. There is another user who bought it and really likes it as well.

You can use rosehip oil on stretch marks. The only issue is that because it absorbs quite quickly, you'd have to use quite a bit to cover larger areas. If you're going to use it on your body, I'd buy more than 100ml.

I store it in the 10 ml bottle so it doesn't take up too much space on my dresser - I usually refill it every week or two. You can get what ever size glass bottle you feel is suitable. The more important thing is to get the dropper lid, so that you can use it easily.

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder’s Idealist even skintone illuminator?

I just ordered all this stuff LOL. I have OK skin.. I have pigmentation issues around the corners of my mouth and a little bit faintly on my chin. I also wanna use it on my underarms and see if it helps that.

I have a question tho.. Is the RHO moisturizing enough that I can skip moisturizer and go straight to foundation/bb cream? So I would spritz my face with witch hazel, spritz a cotton pad with it, drop a drop of RHO on the pad and rub it on my face and then can I go straight to foundation? Or can I skip spirtzing the cotton pad with witch hazel and just put RHO on the pad and then let it soak in and then put on foundation?

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Often, the underarms are greyish because of the hair beneath the surface, there is not much you can do. Since I've had laser and electrolysis there, they have become a LOT lighter. I would recommend Lush's sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin there, or a glycolic acid containing body wash.. I'm using one at the moment with 10% GLA.

The RHO is definitely moisturising enough. I think I probably wrote somewhere that I only use my moisturiser afterward because it has spf. So if your foundation or bb contains spf, you don't need it.

I would recommend first letting the WH dry- this is for toning. Then when you spritz it on the pad, it's to stop the oil being too greasy on the face. You can try both ways and see which you prefer.

I just did a trial run to see how much shipping would cost and it is about $22.......does that sound right to the ones who ordered from the US?

How has this brand been working for you guys?

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

I ordered from ther n shipping was $20 kinna expensive but their oil looked pure n plus main reason stoppit recommended and they showed good results ...

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

My shipping was $15..I also bought the atomizer and blue glass bottle and dropper total price I paid was about $32...I got the order in 10 days

It was worth it to me!

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

I think it depends on the weight of what you buy.

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Yup. I both rosehip oil , witch hazel. Dropper bottle , pipette ,atomizer

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Ok makes sense. The shipping is probably more because I was thinking of getting the 250mL's instead of 100mL (which I think you got Khatti)....... we are three sisters and I'm assuming it doesn't hurt to use it regardless of any skin type.

Sorry to be a pain Stoppit but if you had to guess how long with a 250mL bottle last for 3 girls??

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

If you guys are using it on your face only, I'd say about 3 months.

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Yayy I got my order..stoppit I was wondering if 250 ml of witch hazel will b enough?.

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

plus wt face wash do u use?

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Hi girls i NEED SOME HELP... my skin totally broke down from the day i came to UK. turned really very dry ... i even got reaction from something and got slight eczema under my eyes for which i am using diprobase cream.

but in general my skin is very dry ... even washing it with plain water becomes a problem. Im so tired of this problem ( i have been using body shop moisturiser+night cream and cleanser toner... but no help)

will this RHO help? or in combination with anyother product.? something to get rid of darkcircles too =(

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

Asma - 250ml should be okay for a few months. Depends how spray happy you are. Yeh, I forgot they also use plastic bottles for amounts over 100ml. But I do know that they fill those bottles up when the order is put through, so the contents haven't been stored in them for long. Keep them in a cool dark place and keep the RHO in a glass or aluminium bottle and WH in preferably an aluminium bottle on your dresser.

Face wash... just use whatever suits you. I use Olay regenerist thermal skin polisher and a few times a week, a facial wash/cleanser with 10% glycolic acid.

Re: Has anyone tried Estee lauder's Idealist even skintone illuminator?

can you post a photo of the all the stuff? I am only buying the rosehip oil to even the skin tone and some psoriris.
