its just like me saying I already sent the check (if goods were received without full payment) so what if it gets lost the mail or doesn’t clear? Hello would any designer tolerate that? nowadays in exhibition its either CASH AND CARRY or credit cards…so when she says proof what kind of proof is she referring to? having a receipt that says you mailed a box (that happened to go straight to Dead letter facility) means that you don’t have your priority straight and don’t care about your customer…the bad thing is that its BUYER BEWARE…her behavior immediately changed after payment was received…responding to occasional emails and messages doesn’t make any seller responsible…its delivering the goods in satisfactory condition and on time that does. Now I will mistrust every seller I come across…thank you for this experience Ms. Shabnam Zahid.

You need to tone down a bit also , from what you have told us and what has been posted here I see that a mishap happened which can happen with anybody so you need to co-operate with the seller also to let her save the face , I am sure she is embarrassed due to this mishap . I am sure since the parcel was insured you will get your goods or your money back , not in time but in due time. These kind of mishaps are common in business world and can happen to anybody.
