You need to beg someone to teach you english. Albeit (im sorry, look it up in the dictionary) India is poor today, it is rapidly changing.
Pakistan on the other hand has deteriorated since the 60s. India is progressing.
I am waiting indians to finish their beggings to USA and China and so on ... but I am sure this begging will be never ending as world knows indians ...
