Pakistan doesn't have more billionaires is because Pakistan's rich give a lot to the poor, that's why no one in Pakistan sleeps hungry...Poverty is ever growing and increasing in India...
my another pakistani , literacy rate, people below poverty line etc is better than pakistan. though it is not the best figure but you need to look at the positive side. every year rating is improving. now you can laud the efforts and effectiveness of indian govt or you can whine about the remaining figures.. choice is yours.
everyone in india has hopes for better future. afterall all the world analysts cant be wrong ..

things are changing... and you are just getting jealous...compare all those figures with figures 10 years ago or 5 years ago you will see things are improving in a rapid pace.. ofcourse you will look on the bad side cuz u dont wanna except anything. i dont expect any positive thing from you. you can keep your mind closed form the real world .lookup pictures of pakistani poors and then comment anything further.. poor people are a big time reality of south asia. if we didnt have poor people then we would be developed nation , wont we?

27.5% of 100 Millions = 27.5 Millions P.O.O.R in india
24% of 16 millions = 4 millions poor in Pakistan
