Spock brother, you suffer from the "camp" mentality that most desis suffer from. So if you belong to the Anti-Musharraf camp, you have to be pro-terrorist, pro-Geo, pro-anyone who is against Musharraf. You guys fail to realise that everyone has their own agendas behind that stance. The pro-Musharraf camp also seems to be suffering from a similar mindset....rally behind anything that is against the current regime etc. You guys forget about the country, the country which suffers at the hand of these tribal a$$holes who're blowing themselves up left right and center, who never even WANTED to be part of the mainstream Pakistani society, valuing their "independence" and viewing Pakistani influence as "interference." Prior to being terrorists, these guys were at the center of all illegal activities in Pakistan e.g. drug smuggling, carjacking and illegal sale of autoparts etc.
And I really don't know what the Pakistani media wants....they rile against the government regardless of whatever they do. Geo and Dawn were at the forefront shouting their vocal chords off that federal govt didnt even have control in Islamabad prior to the whole Lal Masjid episode, and they were the same outlets which covered the subsequent bloodshed in gory details and then went on to lambast the actions of the establishment! The audacity of it all is amazing. Hamid Mir and snake-oil selling journalists of that ilk are really nothing but mishcief mongers who just want to stor trouble.
MostarGEO is doing a MASSIVE disservice by showing such stuff. Its like some channel on America showing how easy it is to blow up buildings post 9/11. Its truly disgusting. I'm beginning to loathe this channel now.
