This problem didn't start with the 6 day war !!! And there were others wars after 1967 ! From the begining, the Hebrew State considered Palestinian people as strangers in their own lands and began to expelled them with the blessing of USA and UNO ! Arab governments are not totally responsible, they are not the only guilty ones and they were not always passive (see Nasser, see Hezbollah and Lebanon government etc)
