My Mom makes Halwa and Puri twice a year, but after that I don’t feel like eating anything the whole day.

In science forum there is a thread on making fuel from aair this Puri factory is 1dt of its kind to deploy this technology. They don't call the end product black oil for nothing.

this is NO poorii...this is like deep fried paraaThaa...pooris have to be puffy and half the size what's shown here. if it's NOT puffy, it's NOT pooRii...that's the definition of a pooRii...the bottom is thick and the top is skinny due to the puff and when the air escapes, it's shriveled. :)
